The kitchen at Odd Fellow Palace is based on good taste and ingredients in season. We always consider sustainability, less food waste and organic products. As mush as possible we find our products locally and organically.
Our menus are made with the season in mind. So we always use fresh, seasonal products, prepared with love and of high quality.
In the seasonal menu we will use the best ingredients that the season has to offer.
In our game menu we strive to work with game from the Danish forests.
And the vegetable menu is our bid on a vegetarian alternative.
The menu can be freely composed among the different dishes from the current season.

Maison Albert Sounit, Caprice – Blanc de Blancs Brut, Burgundy, Côte Chalonnaise
Grapes: Chardonnay, Chenin, Colombard & Ugni-Blanc
Blanc de Blanc’s brut is sustainably produced, it has a bright golden colour and a lively mousse. The scent is aromatic, fruity and very rich. It is soft and rounded in taste, with good fullness and nerve.

Esprit de Giraud is sustainably produced. It’s an impressive Champagne with a fine, present mousse, and a richness, dominated by red berries and dried apricots that, accompanied by a sophisticated and structural minerality, elevates the overall experience.

Grapes: 70% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
The rosé wine is sustainably produced, it is youthful, but still a classic rosé wine when it comes to fresh, immediate, drink-ready, delicate rosé wines. It is beautiful in colour – towards the pink more than orange, which also indicates fruity freshness. Fresh and soft in taste and with lasting aftertaste. The key words must be peach, apricot, melon and wild herbs.

Le Bistro is a fresh and crisp organic white wine from southern France. The wine has a bright golden color and refreshing aroma of citrus and white flowers. The taste is very fresh with a pleasant acidity and notes of citrus, green apples and a snare of white pepper.

Riesling Trocken is organically produced. It is a dry, charming and uncomplicated wine with an excellent freshness. In both fragrance and taste there is a good portion of citrus, lime and pineapple in addition to an underlying minerality and mouthwatering acid that calls for the next sip.

Grape: Pinot Grigio
Domini del Leone’s Pinot Grigio is medium bodied, dry and crisp, with fresh aromatic notes of pear and apple, with underlying floral notes. The elements recur in the taste, which is quite mineral and thus extremely versatile in terms of gastronomic contexts.

Grape: Viognier
Chapoutier has produced this wine on biodynamically grown grapes (certified by Ecocert SAS 32600). About 20% of the wine has aged in oak barrels. The grapes are only picked when they are slightly overripe, to give the wine extra intensity. Yellow-green color and flattering bouquet of acacia honey as well as violets. The taste is soft and pleasant with shades of ripe fruits.

Rebel Syrah is velvety and full-bodied. Here, all hard edges are sanded off, so the sun-ripened fruit can gush out in all its glory. An intense, fruity and gently rounded wine featuring dark and red berry fruits such as blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries. In the aftertaste, the wine has a piquant spicy touch of white pepper.

Grapes: 60% Negroamaro 25% Primitivo and 15% Merlot
Sessola is organically grown and is a typical Appassimento wine from Puglien with all the qualities that make this type of wine so popular. Deep cherry color in the glass. In the bouquet you will find dark chocolate with a touch of vanilla. The taste is strong, with Negroamaro’s rustic taste supplied by Primitivo’s plum hues and Merlot giving fruit and fine soft tannin to the wine.

Domini del Leone’s Valpolicella has an intense ruby red color. The scent is flattering with aromas of red fruits and subtle spices. The taste is more dry and slimr compared to what is most often presented in a Valpolicella. The classic cherry flavours dominate the taste, which is both fresh and well structured.

This wine is biodynamically grown and it has a deep, beautiful color and aromas of walnut and small red berries, which will, moreover, let the wine develop beautifully over many years. M. Chapoutiers Les Meysonniers is organically grown and has a very intense purple color and a bouquet of red fruits, like blackcurrants and raspberries with a snarl of violets. The taste is rich and round with an aftertaste of fruit compote and vanilla.

Château Durfort-Vivens – 2. Cru Classé, Bordeaux, Margaux 2017
Grapes: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc
The style of wine is noble with a clean and perfect expression of the bell-ready Margaux-terroir. This means fresh bouquet with classic blackcurrant, licorice and violet, complimented by pepper, vanilla and an over-all classy minerality. Structure, elegance and power are key words. The wine is produced primarily at Cabernet Sauvignon, about 75% and the rest is Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Oak aged 18 to 20 months in small French barrels, of which 30 – 50% is brand new.

This Banyuls is sustainably grown and has a maroon colour with a light orange tinge and an overwhelming pagan bouquet – almost like a mix between port wine and madeira. It has a sweetness-filled, ‘bold’ and fresh flavor, which contains a myriad of shades that evoke memories of both ruby port wine, spices and nuts.

Incredibly intense and tasty dessert wine, which in style is best comparable to Sauternes, but in a completely different price range. The wine is sustainably produced and has an intense, aromatic bouquet that opens up against light notes of orange and lemon. Rich wine with an echo of flavours from the scent – very nice line between nose and mouth. Perfect balance in acidity and sweetness.
